Vintage stamp album for sale at eBay
A vintage 9 3/4" x 7" early postage stamp album in fair to good condition. The album itself shows wear and age but the stamps inside are very good. Some are postmarked while others are not. Hundreds of stamps in this album which was started by a young lady who collected throughout her life. She apparently added her own pages to this album and wrote the names of the countries across the tops of those added pages. The stamps are attached to their pages with proper tabs and can be easily removed. The last photo is of loose stamps that fell out of this album while being photographed. See photos for details. J. J. Newberry going out of business sale 1955
The J.J. Newberry store was located on Center Street in Rutland, Vermont. It went out of business in 1955. The following old photos are from that sale.
